The receptionist gave a free booklet on local sites. The room had a nessie fridge magnet in a welcome bag. The staff allowed us to use our drinks voucher at the hot drink machine as they closed for breakfast. The manager offered my daughter some croissants to take, she really liked that.
The room's noise from machinery near our window continued ALL night.

The staff was amazing. Carol ann, in particular, offered me complimentary breakfast. the bed was comfortable, and there was a selection of pillows available. i also appreciated that the heating was already on when i arrived in the room.
I found the bathroom to be not very clean. The mirrors had splash marks, and the bath had some brown streaks. i didn't report it because i arrived quite late.
